Ingredients
Paprika, Red Chili, Salt, Musk Melon, Cumin, Corriander, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Large Cardamom, Ginger, Garlic, Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Dried Papaya Powder, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide.
Instructions
Ingredients Required: Beef (1-1/2 to 2 kgs), chicken (small), mutton (thin cubes), garlic paste (1 tablespoon), ginger paste (1 tablespoon), raw papaya (1 cup, finely) with skin (sliced/200 g), ghee/butter (1/2 cup, melted/75 g, for basting), Shan (one packet), Tikka Boti BBQ Mix (use less of mild hot). Steps of Cooking: 1. Mix Shan Tikka Boti BBQ Mix in half a cup of water. Add garlic, ginger, raw papaya and apply it to the meat. Leave it to marinate for 3-4 hours. Then remove and discard the raw papaya slices. 2. Sew the meat onto the skewers. Place on very low heat of coal/gas fire. Grill very lightly on all sides. 3. Lightly brush the meat with butter/ghee and rotate the skewers until the meat is tender. Serve 6-8 persons.
